Chloe had disembarked from the Essex to check on Ensign Capp she went over to his station and said. Mr Capp report "
Nathaniel gave his report on a PADD. "here is a detailed report on the recent happenings around here " he gave her the PADD. chloe looked it over " I see here that A runabout named SS Dakota requested permission to dock " she said.
"Yes Mam" Nathaniel said" Care to explain mr Capp" chloe said " I was the only person on duty without a Commanding Officer present he asked for clearance to dock since I was the only one there Vice Admiral K'temoc was no where to be found I called Commodore Pike and he gave the ss dakota clearence" he said. "well done Mr. Capp nice report" she said. "thanks Lieutenant"
Chloe said to Nathaniel " dismissed" Chloe said."aye sir." he saluted to her and went back to his station.
she knew he would do fine here after all he was a fine addition to her department staff.
Nathaniel felt proud to be apart of starbase 400 he also had a crush on his department head he hoped she felt the same way about him too he went back to his job .
